Thibault holds a Bachelor's degree in law, with a concentration in European law, and a Master's degree in law, earned magna cum laude, both from the University of Fribourg. In 2023, he also earned a Certificate of Advanced Studies in the Legal Profession from the University of Geneva.
During his studies, he served as a court clerk at the Nyon Labor Court and as a junior research assistant at the University of Fribourg.
Thibault then completed his legal internship at a Rhône Avocats SA, during which time he placed third in the Michel Nançoz Public Speaking Competition in October 2024.
Since October 2025, he has served on the board of directors of a Geneva-based wine company.
Thibault joined the Jacquemoud Stanislas Law Firm in July 2026 as an associate.
