Charles holds a Bachelor of Law with a specialisation in European Law and a Master of Law, both awarded magna cum laude by the University of Fribourg. As part of a Franco-Swiss double degree programme in law, he also obtained a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
He subsequently obtained the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Advocacy from the University of Geneva in 2024.
During his studies, Charles worked as a research assistant to Professor Franz Werro at the Chair of Law of Obligations of the University of Fribourg. He also worked at several leading international law firms in Geneva and Paris.
Charles then completed his legal traineeship at Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva.
Charles joined Jacquemoud Stanislas in September 2026 as an Associate.
