Laura obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2021, a Certificate in Transnational Law in 2022 as well as a Master’s degree in Economic Law in 2023 from the University of Geneva. During the completion of her Master’s degree, she studied for a semester in Australia, at the University of New South Wales in Sydney.
Laura also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in the Legal Profession from the University of Geneva, obtained in June 2023.
Before joining Jacquemoud Stanislas, Laura worked in the legal department of Banque Pictet & Cie SA.
In April 2024, Laura joined Jacquemoud Stanislas as a Junior Associate. In 2025, Laura has been admitted to the Geneva bar, and she is now pursuing her career at Jacquemoud Stanislas as an associate.
Deals & Cases
Jacquemoud Stanislas acted as counsel to the Caisse de pension de l'Etat de Genève (CPEG) in connection with the development of a 28-floor tower comprising 170 residential units and activity spaces on land owned by the Praille-Acacias-Vernets Foundation (FPAV). The firm advised CPEG on all legal aspects of the transaction, including real estate and construction law matters.
Practice Areas
Jacquemoud Stanislas acted as counsel to a French engineering company backed by several private equity funds in connection with the levered acquisition of a Swiss group and the minority reinvestment by managers and the owner.
