After completing his law studies at the University of Fribourg in 2012, Arnaud wrote his PhD in contracts between Fribourg and the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg. He published his doctoral thesis in 2015 on the assignment of warranties rights (Walther Hug Award, Peter-Jäggi Stiftung Award, Vigener Award and Geneva Chamber of Notaries Award).

Arnaud then moved to Geneva where he worked between 2015 and 2017 as a junior associate for Lenz & Staehelin (litigation and arbitration group). After successfully taking the Geneva bar in 2017, Arnaud returned to Lenz & Staehelin as an associate. He then moved in 2019 to New Haven (Connecticut), where he graduated from Yale Law School (LL.M. 2020, Yale Law School Academic Year Award).

After returning from the United-States, Arnaud developed his activity with the law firm Keppeler Avocats where he integrated the partnership until joining Jacquemoud Stanislas in October 2023.

Arnaud routinely handles with commercial litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy and debt collection, M&A and shareholders litigations, real estate and construction law, employment law, white collar criminal litigation, enforcement of foreign judgements and awards and succession law. Arnaud is also one of the founders of the Climate Defense Association and developed a solid expertise in environmental law.

Arnaud is Professor of contracts and torts at the Swiss Distance University. He also teaches contracts at the University of Fribourg. He regularly speaks at conferences and is the author of many legal publications in top tier law journals.
