Raphaël completed a Bachelor's degree in Law in 2021 at the University of Geneva and subsequently obtained a Master's degree at the same University in 2023.

Raphaël also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in the Legal Profession from the University of Geneva, which was obtained in June 2023.

Since January 2024, Raphaël has been pursuing his career as a Junior Associate at Jacquemoud Stanislas law firm.

Jacquemoud Stanislas acted as counsel to the global leading event management company and its shareholders in connection with the LBO financed by a London and Paris based private firm. Jacquemoud Stanislas advised the management, the exiting and reinvesting shareholders in connection with the sale of their stake and the reinvestment. In addition, Jacquemoud Stanislas was in charge of the structuring of the transaction and the Swiss aspects of the debt financing, including the intercreditor arrangements. Deal & Cases 01.
