In connection with the around CHF 200 million acquisition of a company, Jacquemoud Stanislas acted as legal counsel to a corporate group (buy side) active in the waste management, in relation to the seller’s subsequent CHF 45 million reinvestment of part of the sale proceeds in the group through a capital increase alongside existing shareholders.
